Gayle’s business background is FMCG sales – she spent 9 successful years as an Account Manager for the likes of Coca Cola and She was given the opportunity to evaluate the direction of her career late in 2003, and opted to retrain as a Coach. Upon graduation she set up her own practice and went on to specialise in the areas of career transition, work-life balance and performance coaching. Her clients are people who, for a variety of reasons, want to make changes to their working lives. Some are struggling with the competing demands of work and home, and feeling increasingly tired and stressed out. Some are at a career crossroads and are uncertain about what to do next. All of them are looking for ways to be more effective both personally and professionally. Gayle works with organisations of all sizes, from one to one coaching with small private clients, to designing and facilitating workshops for large corporations. Her clients come from both the public and the private sector, and she has recently had significant involvement with coaching and mentoring new business start ups. She was one of the first coaches in the UK to be trained and licensed to use ‘The Print’ – a psychometric test designed as a performance enhancing tool. She is also currently involved in work-life balance projects for both the legal profession and the insurance industry. |
